Changed your mind? Return unworn items with their tags within 30 days of delivery. This includes items bought on sale or with the Buy 2 / Buy 4+ saving. You only pay the cost of sending the item back.
How to return an item
- Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We reply with the return instructions.
- Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the item to your original payment method.
Refunds are made in euro (EUR), the currency you were charged in. The rand amount on your bank statement depends on your bank's exchange rate.
Faulty or wrong item
Tell us within 6 months of delivery and we repair, replace or refund it at our cost, your choice.
Order not arrived
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, you may cancel it and we refund you in full.
