3XL, 4XL and 5XL: we do not have body measurements for these sizes, so they are not in the table. Where the supplier gives garment measurements for a style (for example the co-ord sets), they are in the product description. Otherwise contact us before you order and we will help you choose.
How to measure: bust at the fullest point, waist at the narrowest point, hips at the widest point. Between two sizes? Choose the larger size. Where we have them, dress lengths per size are on the product page.

How long does delivery take?+
Delivery is free and tracked to your door anywhere in South Africa. Your order arrives within 10 to 20 business days after you place it, and we email your tracking link as soon as it ships.
Where do you ship from, and will I pay customs?+
Our styles ship from our international partner warehouse, not from a shop in Cape Town. Because parcels come from abroad, SARS may charge import duty and VAT when your parcel arrives. These charges are not included in our prices and are paid to the courier.
Can I return my order?+
Yes. Changed your mind? Return unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery, including items bought on sale or with the Buy 2 / Buy 4 saving. You only pay the cost of sending it back. Faulty or wrong item? Tell us within 6 months and we repair, replace or refund it at our cost, your choice.
How can I pay?+
Securely by card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. Prices are shown and charged in euro (EUR); your bank converts the amount to rand, may show it as an international payment, and some banks add a small fee.
How do the Buy 2 and Buy 4 savings work?+
Add any 2 items and you save 15% on each; add 4 or more and you save 20%. Mix any styles, colours and sizes. The saving is applied automatically in your cart, no code needed.
Which size should I choose?+
Clothing sizes depend on the style and go up to 5XL: S fits SA 32 / UK 8, M fits SA 34 / UK 10, L fits SA 36 / UK 12. Loafers and flats show the UK size with the Australian (AU) size in brackets.
