1. About these terms. These terms apply to every order placed on kiaracapetown.com (Kiara Cape Town). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Prices and payment. Prices are shown and charged in euro (EUR). Your bank converts the amount to rand, may show it as an international payment, and some banks add a small fee. You can pay securely by card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay at checkout.
3. Savings. Buy 2 items and save 15% on each; buy 4 or more and save 20%. Mix any styles, colours and sizes. The saving is applied automatically in your cart, no code needed.
4. Your order. After checkout you receive an order confirmation by email. To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been processed yet, we change or cancel it; after that you can still return it under our returns policy.
5. Delivery. Delivery is free and tracked anywhere in South Africa and takes 10 to 20 business days. SARS may charge import duty and VAT on arrival; these are not included in our prices. See our Delivery page.
6. Returns. Return unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery; you pay the cost of sending them back. Faulty or wrong items: tell us within 6 months and we repair, replace or refund at our cost. See our Returns page.
7. Sizes and colours. Check the size guide before you order. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
